Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup warm water (40 °C)
  • 1  egg
  • pinch of salt
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2-3 pinches of oregano
  • pinch of black pepper


Directions:

  • In a bowl place flour with pinch of salt and mix. Mix yeast, sugar and little warm water to activate the yeast then add to flour along with the egg. Knead well the ingredients into a soft dough. At the end add 1-2 tbsp olive oil and knead well then let dough to rise covered with a damp cloth for about 30-40 minutes.
  • On rolling surface sprinkle little oil and roll your dough into a round sheet, place it in a pizza pan. Spread ketchup, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices then sprinkle oregano and black pepper.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 °C (350 °F), then bake pizza for about 20- 25 minutes.
